These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and editorr, LLC, doing business as System Prompt AI ("HeyMotion," "we," "us"), and govern your access to and use of the HeyMotion website at heymotion.io, the HeyMotion studio, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@heymotion.io if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
HeyMotion offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans. Current features and limits are shown on our Pricing page, and in summary: Free — the template library with exports limited to 720p, a small HeyMotion watermark, and up to 5 exports per month; Creator — unlimited 1080p exports with no watermark, all canvas sizes, image upload, and MCP access; Studio — everything in Creator plus 4K export, additional brand kits, team seats, and priority rendering; Founding — Creator features at a founder-locked price for the first 25 members. We may change features over time and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to a paid plan you are on.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes, which may be added where required. We may change prices for future billing periods with advance notice; continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new price. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store your full card details.
You can cancel anytime from your account: open Manage billing to reach the secure Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel, change plans, or update your card. On cancellation, paid access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the Free plan. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You keep all rights to the logos, images, text, and graphics you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Exports you create are yours to use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful or infringing content; attempting to breach security or access others' data; reverse-engineering or scraping the Service; abusing our infrastructure or AI features; or producing content that is illegal, harassing, or impersonates others.
HeyMotion includes AI-assisted features (the card generator and help assistant). AI output can be imperfect; review it before use. AI features may be rate-limited.
The Service — including the HeyMotion software, templates, design system, and marks — is owned by editorr, LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you no right to our trademarks except as needed to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exports will be compatible with every device or program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, editorr, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect is acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
