This Privacy Policy explains how editorr, LLC ("HeyMotion," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use heymotion.io and the HeyMotion studio (the "Service").

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service; authenticate you; process subscriptions and enforce plan limits; respond to support; send transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset, billing notices); prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded brand assets to train AI models.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and the Service.
When you use the card generator or help assistant, the text you enter is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Don't enter sensitive personal information into AI prompts. AI requests may be logged in aggregate to enforce limits and prevent abuse.
We use strictly necessary cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to run the studio. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; it may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. Where required we honor your consent choices, and you can block analytics cookies in your browser.
We keep account and content data while your account is active. When you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except records we must keep (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request account deletion, email support@heymotion.io. You can manage your subscription and payment method anytime through the billing portal in your account.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level access controls so users can only reach their own data, and scoped credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you where required if a breach affects you.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.
